Basic two (2) hour on-site inspection (to include a report) and a maximum of one-half (1/2) hour driving time each way is $350.00. On-site inspection time beyond one (1) hour is $30.00per quarter hour.

Driving time over one-half (1/2) hour each way is $30.00 per quarter (1/4) hour.

Office time (to include time spent preparing written reports and phone time) is $30.00 per quarter (1/4) hour.

Court testimony, arbitrations, depositions, etc. are billed in half day increments of $500.00.

Morning sessions (concluded by 12:00 PM) include up to four (4) hours of on-site work plus up to one half (1/2) hour driving time each way.

Afternoon sessions (commencing after 12:00 PM and concluding no later than 5:30 PM) include up to four (4) hours of on-site work plus up to one half (1/2) hour driving time each way.

On-site time in excess of four (4) hours in a session is billed at the rate of $30.00 per quarter (1/4) hour.

Driving time in excess of one half (1/2) hour each way is billed at the rate of $30.00 per (1/4) hour.

Office and phone time relevant to court testimony, depositions, arbitration, etc. is billed at the rate of $30.00 per quarter hour.

Miscellaneous:

Special arrangements can be made with mutual consent of client and Buckeye Home Inspections.

Photos with duplicates are $1.00@.

Rates are subject to change upon written notification at least thirty (30) days prior to such changes.

Please contact Buckeye Inspections for estimates and quotes on special projects such as asbestos, lead, mold, radon or other environmental testing.

Terms of Payment-

Payment is due and payable upon receipt of invoice.
